Please allow me to introduce myself. Born in New York City and raised in Massachusetts, I graduated from Swarthmore College with a degree in Biology. My lifelong interest in Astronomy influenced me to choose a different path as a Software Engineer, however, and I built a successful career, always empowering my teams to think, create and grow. Twenty years later as a Director of Software for Cisco Systems, I decided it was the perfect time for a new and exciting challenge.
I began a new career in Real Estate as a Realtor, Appraiser and Mortgage Loan Officer. Yearly visits to the Land of Aloha as a volunteer for the PGA's Mercedes Championships in Kapalua had already drawn me inexorably closer to the Islands. When my children were grown and out of college, I followed my heart and moved to Hawaii where I met and married my lovely wife Melinda Manaut, a long time Honolulu resident.
My success as a Real Estate Professional stems from the thrill of helping a young family move into their first home, or of assisting a retired couple in downsizing to the relaxing lifestyle they so deserve. It's a new and exciting challenge each and every day.
